Pick-Up!

When your order is ready, it will be inside one of our

black insulated containers located at the entrance to our patio.
 

Orders may come in multiple bags.

Each bag will have your name on it.

 

 We provide wax paper sheets to use so you don't have to touch the containers or bags. 

When you're done, please put the used wax paper in the trash bin provided.

To pick-up alcohol orders, please wait at the patio door
with your ID ready & we will bring it out to you.

REHEATING instructions

Please use safe food handling practices. Remove your food from our containers and transfer into your own suitable reheating containers/materials. Dispose of our containers (most can be composted, all can be recycled) and then wash your hands. Thank you & stay healthy!

Pizza or bread:

Heat oven to 450. Place your pizza directly on the oven rack for 2-4 minutes. Remove, slice and be careful; don’t burn the roof of your mouth...we hate that. For bread, keep wrapped in the foil, put it in the oven and let it heat for about 4-5 minutes. Try not to microwave your pizza or bread. 

Microwaves are mean to baked things...

 

Pasta or broccoli:

Bring a medium pot of water to a boil. Drop already cooked pasta or broccoli into the water for 

30 seconds to 1 minute depending on how cold they’ve become. Strain pasta or broccoli from water

& serve. For broccoli, put it in a bowl and toss it in the lemon oil. 

 

Sauce:

Heat in a saucepan till lightly simmering, stirring very frequently. If you prefer, heat in a microwave safe bowl for approximately 45 seconds. Stir and test. Heat in 30 second increments, stir and test

until the sauce is hot enough for you. 

 

Meat/Poultry:

Keep wrapped in foil. Heat oven to 450. Put in the oven for 4-6 minutes.

For lasagna, meat or vegetable terrine, do the same. If you prefer a microwave, of course remove

any foil, put on a microwave safe plate, cover with a wax paper or a paper towel and heat on high

in 1 minute intervals. Test by putting a knife into the center, if it comes out hot, you’re good.

If it’s room temp, cook another minute.

 

Fish/Shrimp:

Oh man, these overcook so fast! If you prefer a microwave, cook on a microwave safe plate in 

15 second intervals. Check! If they’re not hot, turn and heat another 10-15 seconds.

Just keep checking them. Overcooked seafood is sad food.

If reheating in a skillet, toss with a little oil and keep them moving until they’re hot!

 

Soups/Sauces/Veggies/:

Heat in a saucepan or skillet. If you prefer a microwave, cook in 1 minute intervals,

stir and keep checking.
